SHIPPING
- Process time for each order takes a minimum of 7 working days before dispatch.
- Custom orders can take a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks depending on the piece before dispatch.
- Kindly shoot us an e-mail if you want an express delivery, additional charges can be paid online.
- International shipping is subject to shipping costs. Please note that we will not be responsible for any additional duties charged in your country of residence.
- Mishandling of packages during transit is not the responsibility of the brand. We trust the courier company to do their best.
- In case, your item is lost and is not delivered, we request you to take up the concern with the courier company as the company holds no responsibility of the package once the item is dispatch and the tracking ID is emailed. Please note that no refund will be made in the case of the same.
RETURNS
- Whilst damages during transit is not our responsibility, we would ideally like you to notify through email about the concern immediately (within 1-2 business days) so we can be certain that the damage has happened during transit only. Although this is not our responsibility, out of good will, we will try our best to gauge what could be done, this will be handled differently case by case.
- If a repair or replacement is required, kindly email us your concern and allow a week or two for the replacement to be made and shipped out once we have agreed for replacement. Again, each concern for damage/repair/replacement will be considered carefully case by case.
- We make durable jewellery. Having said that, error can happen, especially with handmade accessories. If your jewellery broke within 30 days or purchase at NO FAULT of yours, please email us and we will refund or replace at no additional cost. For anything above 30 days, we will review your concern case by case, in the case of replacement, the customer will have to pay for additional shipping costs.
